This website is operated by Rishi Marble and Granites, a sole proprietorship registered in Assam, India (GSTIN 18AGXPA0032D3ZR). By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is a catalogue and enquiry site. It is not an online store. You cannot place an order or pay through it. Everything here is an invitation to talk to us — nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by browsing or by sending an enquiry.

We work hard to describe products accurately, but please read the following carefully before relying on anything you see here.

• Prices are indicative, not committed. Any price or price range shown is a guide to help you plan. It is not a quotation and not a promise. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm in writing at the time of sale.
• Stock is not guaranteed. Listing a product does not mean it is in stock, and stock language on the site may be out of date. Please confirm availability with us before making plans around it.
• We do not promise delivery dates on this site. Any timeline we discuss is an estimate and is confirmed only on your order documentation.
• Colours and finishes vary. Natural stone varies batch to batch by nature, and screens render colour differently. Always see a physical sample in our showroom before committing — a photograph is not a colour match.
• Specifications come from manufacturers. Technical figures such as size, water absorption, PEI and slip ratings are supplied by the manufacturer. We pass them on in good faith but do not independently test them.

The coverage calculator and any room visualiser on this site are planning aids only. They produce estimates, not measurements, and they do not account for your site conditions, cutting waste, pattern matching or layout. Always confirm quantities with your contractor before ordering. We are not responsible for material ordered on the basis of a tool estimate alone.

Brand names, logos and product names shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We stock and resell these products; showing a brand here indicates that we sell it, and nothing more. We do not claim to be an authorised or exclusive dealer for any brand on this site unless a page explicitly says so and names the authorisation.

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is given by the manufacturer on its own terms, and any claim is made under it. We do not offer a separate warranty through this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, which applies regardless of what this page says.

Sales are made in person at our showroom, on the terms shown on your invoice and any associated order documentation. Those documents govern payment, delivery, cancellation and returns for your purchase — not this page. Ask us for those terms before you buy if you would like to read them in advance.

Please use this site for genuine enquiries. Do not scrape it in bulk, attempt to breach or probe its security, submit false enquiries or other people's contact details, or reuse our photographs and page copy commercially without permission. We may block access that breaches this.

We sometimes link to manufacturer sites and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We provide this website on an as-is basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing is current. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guwahati, Assam have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
